I think this has been the nicest summer I've ever had in Vermont. I've made friends with some really great people, became better friends with some people, been really active outside in the sun, and spent time outside of Burlington a fair amount. I went on a lot of bike rides, swam in the lake, played croquet in the park, saw some great shows, hitched to places I had never been to, explored and slept in the woods a few times, and spent a lot of time with some people who mean the world to me. Now I'm leaving to the west coast in less than three weeks. I'm flying into Oakland on September 10th and spending some time (although, a little less than I had wanted to) in the Bay Area and then going up to Portland to see the rest of the world. I don't know where I'm going to live yet, but I'm going to take my time figuring that out. I don't want to rush things like the last time I lived somewhere. I don't want to put money into a place unless I'm totally comfortable with all of the people living there. And for the time being, I don't want to even think about that kinda stuff. For now I'll just continue to ride the fun. So, I hope to see you all in the very near future. Peace, love, and happiness.
